Crossfire: ‘Feasible or not feasible: the application of impact evaluations in WASH programming’
In this issue’s Crossfire, Sanjay Wijesekera and Eddy Perez discuss the feasibility of impact evaluations in WASH programmes. WASH has never been so high on the political agenda. As we set our sights and ambitions much higher, towards a world in which everyone has access to safe drinking water and no one defecates in the open within the next 20 years, we need a number of major shifts in the way we do business.Blattman, C.
