Strengthening grassroots capacity with AQUACOL
Community-managed WATSAN in Colombia's rural areas is threatened by the ongoing armed conflict and neglect by government. AQUACOL, a network of community organizations, was set up to meet this need, and through the sharing of information and experience and joint training sessions AQUACOL supports water and sanitation services at the local level.http://cinara.univalle.edu.co http://cinara.univalle.edu.co
