Income-generation programmes among Afghan refugees
01.09.1992
Whether refugees need project assistance beyond the minimalist 'credit-only' approach to business promotion is something that depends on the particular circumstances of the business. Programmes initiated at the beginning are reviewed, followed by descriptions of current programmes including support for microenterprise, marketing assistance, vocational training, environmental initiatives and aspects of programme design and management.
