Business development services for small enterprises - a study of Hyderabad, India
Small enterprises can be characterized as seeking two basic types of services. ‘Transaction-related services’ refer to such things as assistance in keeping accounts, and filing of returns, which are of immediate concern. ‘Strategic services’ deal with long-term issues that will have a lasting impact in the future. This study was undertaken to understand the real relevance of BDS for small enterprise.
