Vers Résilience: Un guide pour la réduction des risques de catastrophes et adaptation au changement climatique est une ressource d'introduction pour le développement et les acteurs humanitaires travaillant avec les populations à risque de catastrophes et autres impacts du changement climatique. Il est destiné à la gestion du programme, le personnel technique et consultatif de développement et les organisations humanitaires, et vise à renforcer la compréhension du personnel des approches et principes qui peuvent être appliqués à la réduction des risques de catastrophe et les initiatives d'adaptation aux changements climatiques de base. Il fournit également des conseils pratiques sur la façon d'intégrer la réduction des risques de catastrophe et l'adaptation au changement climatique dans le cycle de programme et adapter les activités à un large éventail de contextes et de développement et les livres de sectors.This humanitaire est une ressource de base développé dans le cadre du renforcement des capacités d'urgence (BCE ) projet. Le projet ECB est un effort de collaboration composé de six agences: CARE International, Catholic Relief Services, Mercy Corps, Oxfam, Save the Children et World Vision International.

Marilise Turnbull
Marilise Turnbull has 20 years’ field, management and advisory experience in the humanitarian and development sectors. She has worked in high-risk contexts in Latin America, Africa and Asia, seeking to support vulnerable communities to realize and enjoy their rights.
Charlotte Sterrett
Charlotte Sterrett has worked for the past decade with NGOs across a number of development issues. She has extensive experience working directly with communities through programming and advocacy, with NGOs in developing organisational strategies and polices relevant to climate change, and has engaged in campaigning and advocacy activities to influence international climate change negotiations.
Amy Hilleboe
Amy Hilleboe is is the Senior Technical Advisor for Disaster Risk Reduction for Catholic Relief Services. She has worked with CRS for 20 years and has vast experience in emergency preparedness and response programs and has been working with DRR programs since 1996. She has also been the DRR Advisor with the Emergency Capacity Building Program on behalf of CRS since 2007.
